A new type of spin-wave resonance - mirror spectral crossover - is predicted in magnetized metal and semiconductor which corresponds to the mirror intersection of real parts of complex wave vectors. Conditions of its existence are derived in the framework of Faraday’s geometry. A feasibility of their approximated implementation in the microwave region is shown by an example of the commonly-used model of a magnetized conductor. A trend of the model expansion for the more complete implementation of the mirror spectral crossover is indicated.
