The paper considers a new type of fibers constituting capillaries with a large aperture and controlled parameters. It describes some experimental patterns for injecting aqua solutions of rare-earth elements, potentially productive for laser generation, into capillary fibers. Necessary requirements for generating laser radiation in capillary fibers containing rare-earth ions are determined.
