Statistical Description for Fluctuations of Period of Dynamical System Oscillations

A method of statistical description of fluctuations of period of dynamical system oscillations is developed on the basis of the application of multivariate characteristic functions. Bivariate characteristic functions and also the fluctuation distribution functions for period of oscillations of high Q oscillator and self-excited oscillation system are determined.
