Based on the model of the constant temperature along the trace and inside the cloud of pollutants an algorithm is suggested for solving the problem of identification and evaluation of the pollutants concentration in the atmosphere using the FTIR radiometer with the medium spectral resolution. Problems of processing the initial interferograms and experimental spectra are considered including the case of low contrast of traces. Results of laboratory and field tests of the FTIR radiometer are given.
