Application of 2nd Order Volterra Equation for Description of Viscous Friction and Heat Conduction

With application of the 2nd order Volterra equation the fluctuations of velocity and temperature of the flat surface moving in the medium, which fills the semi-space, are described. It is shown that these fluctuations present non-Markovian stochastic processes with the peculiarity like flicker-noise in the low-frequency band of the spectrum.
