Mathematical simulation of food mass flow in operating zone of microwave unit with screw feeding system

The mathematical model and numerical calculation method are developed describing flow and heating of highly viscous food masses in the microwave unit with screw feeding system. The optimal parameters of the microwave treatment are estimated for one specific kind of dairy produce (process cheese).
