Motion of two bodies joint with a linear actuator during the flight phase (under zero gravity) is investigated. Problems of minimization and maximization of the time necessary for their rotation from initial to final position have been solved. Non zero angular momentum of the system relative to the center-of-mass is assumed. It is the simplest model of the motion control of a hopping vehicle in the supportless phase of hopping.
