A mathematical model of heat conduction in nanostructured materials is proposed on the basis of relations of the rational thermodynamics using the model of medium with internal state parameters. The model takes into account the mutual influence of processes running at macro- and microlevels by means of integral relations. The dependence of heat spreading in a solid upon the influence function is estimated by example of one-dimensional problem of high-intensity surface heating.
