On Construction of Thermal-and-Mechanical Model of Relaxing Solid Body

An option of mathematical model of non-steady thermal-and-mechanical processes in solid body is presented which allows for relaxation effects. The model option is based on relations from thermodynamics of irreversible processes with usage of knowledge of internal state parameters showing the delay in the heat accumulation and transfer and in the deformation processes.
