A model to identify sources of the krypton and xenon radioactive isotopes is presented in which the separation of isotopes from the precedent to them in isobar decay chain has been taken into account. An identification algorithm on the basis of the confluence analysis is offered that allows considering (much better than traditional approaches) the initial data errors and obtaining well-founded solution to the problem of identification of radioactive noble materials source.
