For closing the equation system of the two-liquid MGD-equilibrium of plasma with flows, the model is offered in which the influence of collisionless transfer on the distribution of plasma parameters is taken into account. The deviation from the thermodynamic equilibrium is believed small, which allows using together the equations of equilibrium and collisionless transfer and also the first law of thermodynamics for the plasma equilibrium flows. Examples of calculations of plasma configurations with non-uniform flows and magnetic ball are presented.
