A method to solve problems on theory of small elastic and plastic deformations (by A.A. Iliyushin) on the periodicity cell is developed for composites with the spatial reinforcement structure. The method is based on reducing the initial problem to the classic type problem for which the finite element method can be applied. A numerical procedure is developed and a problem of design of effective elastic and plastic characteristics for the spatially reinforced composite is solved.
