A concept of the experimental bench of complex system of scientific monitoring of dangerous events and processes in natural, anthropogenic and social spheres is described. The bench allows the implementation of the systematic integration of works performed in Russian Academy of Sciences to predict and put into action measures on prevention of calamities, crises and disasters. The bench is supposed to render support for National Management Center for Crisis Situations, created now in Ministry of Emergency of the Russian Federation. The bench makes it possible to transfer from analysis of concrete particular threats to broader, systematic, interdisciplinary approach to dangers and associated risks.
