The finite element method is offered for solving local problems of theory of piezoelasticity on periodicity cell for composites with complex spatial reinforcement structures. The method is substantiated theoretically. The program complex is developed for solving local problems and computing efficient piezoelastic characteristics of composite materials. The comparison of computation results with analytical solutions for the layered composite has shown a high precision of the developed method.
