A model of two liquids of the two-component isotropic cold plasma is considered in the homogeneous magnetic field with cold ions and electrons with allowance for collisions. Equations in the form of a plane wave traveling along the abscissa axis and the dispersion relation for the equations in the dimensionless form are obtained.
