A finite-element method is suggested for solving local problems of magnetostatics "on the periodicity cell" for composites with complex spatial structures of reinforcement. The method is substantiated theoretically. A program complex is created for computation of local problems and efficient characteristics of composite materials. The comparison of computation results for the 3D orthogonally-reinforced composite obtained by various methods is performed which shows the high precision of the developed method.
