A technique of creating power spectra which are invariant to the time shift is considered for discrete signals in the generalized basis of Vilenkin-Krestenson. A structure of matrix of mutual coupling of signal spectra under time shift is investigated. General analytical relations of power spectra are given for different ways of ordering the basis functions. The obtained results may be applied in solving problems of digital processing of signals using their power characteristics.
