Technique for Development of Problem-Oriented Physical Practical Courses at Technical Higher-Education Institutions

The experience of creation and introduction of the problem-oriented courses at the "Physics" department of the Bauman Moscow State Technical University, at the Moscow State University of Communication Means (MIIT) and at other institutes of higher education is considered. The video educative system for dimension-limit to laboratory works and also a number of remote laboratory works are described.
