It is assumed in principle that a level of teaching chemical disciplines in the best secondary special educational institutions (in technical lyceums) may correspond to the level of teaching in the higher educational institution of the non-chemical profile, e. g. in a technical university. A concept of the non-stop education should be based on the unity and integrity of teaching of under-graduates, graduates and post-graduates. The development of professional skills of a modern specialist, able to adapt to market economy conditions, having knowledge in newest technologies, creative capacities - is a most important problem of both the higher and secondary school. One of the ways of settling the problem is a system axiology approach which supposes setting forth the material in a certain sequence with growth of the axiology system of chemical education.
