Using aModel of Sales Management Optimization at Machine-Building Enterprise under Crisis Condition

The "sales management" notion is studied, the generally accepted approach to which has not formed yet. Elements of the sales system and transaction policy are considered. A model of sales management optimization at a machine-building enterprise is proposed.
