G.M. Levina (b. 1947) graduated from the Leningrad State University named after A.A. Zhdanov in 1982. Ph.D (in Philological Science), ass. professor, head of "Russian Language" department of the Moscow State Technical University "Stankin", chief of post-graduate study in the Moscow State Technical University "Stankin" in the field of "Theory and Technique of Teaching Russian as a Foreign Language"(in technical higher educational establishments), member of a board of administration of the Russian Society of Teachers of Russian Language and Literature, deputy editor-in-chief of the magazine "Mir russkogo slova". Author of over 40 publications in the field of teaching Russian.
