(Eng.), ass. professor of "Electrical Equipment of Artillery Complexes" department of the Affiliation of Military Artillery University, head of sector in "Altair" Naval Research Center for Radio- Electronics. Author of over 70 publications in the field of instrument engineering and automatic control.
