M.I. Kisilyov (b. 1935) graduated from the Lomonosov Moscow State University in 1959. D. Sc. (Phys.-Math.), professor, head of "Metrology and Interchangeability" department of the Bauman Moscow State Technical University. Author of more than 150 publications including a monograph and more than 40 inventions in the field of applied physics and informational and metrological assurance of production and operation of complex technical systems.
